Giant Axillary Ectopic Breast in a Male Patient: A Case Report

Axillary masses have diverse origins and require systematic diagnosis treatment. Among various diseases, ectopic breast tissue occurs when the regression of primitive mammary fails in a location other than pectoral breast. Ectopic was significantly rarer men, accounting for 5.3% all cases. We report case 57-year-old male patient who presented with large axillary mass. Surgical excision pathological biopsy were performed after comprehensively considering rapidly increasing size, discomfort daily life, radiological findings that could not exclude sarcoma. Total mass performed, 15×14×4 cm extracted. The histologically confirmed to be tissue. total rare giant classified as suggest need reconsider possibility diseases rarely reported men further research.
